KublaCon Lifetime Membership! After ten years of bringing you the best in gaming, we’re now offering our loyal fans Lifetime Memberships! We feel our track record of consistently delivering awesome events and a great experience gives our attendees the confidence they need when making the commitment of a Lifetime membership.
Lifetime members will receive:
• A “Lifetime Membership” holographic laminated badge printed with your name. Created by the same company that fabricates laminated ID badges for top grossing music acts, your personal laminate will identify you not only as an attendee, but as one of our biggest supporters!
• Admission each year to KublaCon Never need to register again! Just show up at the show wearing your lifetime membership laminated badge and you’re all set to start playing games! You don’t even need a wristband as one of our ‘Lifers!” (See Restrictions)
• An ORANGE KublaCon Pin each year – ONLY available to Lifers. The famous annual KublaCon pin – in a special orange color just for our lifetime members - is yours each year.
• A poster size (11”x17”) limited edition print of each year’s program book cover. Each year we’ll do a limited printing of our book cover with archival ink in a small poster format of 11’x17”. As a Lifetime Member, you’ll have one reserved in your name.
• Extended cutoff time for the KublaCon discount hotel rate. As is typical in hotel meetings and conventions, the contracted discounted rate for attendees expires about 2 weeks before the show. At that point, the hotel rate goes up to their standard rates, or at best, internet rates. They Hyatt Regency, as a courtesy to our Lifetime Members, will continue to honor the discounted rate up until the first day of the show on Friday – on a space available basis. (See restrictions)

Terms, conditions, restrictions:
- Lifetime memberships are assigned to an individual, can only be used by that individual and are non-transferrable. You do not need to wear a wristband while attending KublaCon, but the lending of any lifetime badge to another attendee for any reason will result in the confiscation of the badge and termination of the lifetime membership.
- Lifetime members may choose to have a weekend wristband instead of having to wear the badge, but, again, the badge must not be loaned to another attendee at the risk of forfeiture. - Lost or damaged laminated badges will be replaced for a fee of $10, and be reissued in the name of the original individual.
- Poster size and specifications may change as technology and availability change over the course of the lifetime membership.
- Extended hotel cutoff date for the KublaCon discount rate is subject to room availability. The hotel often sells out on one or more of the nights and as such we still encourage our guests to book their rooms as soon as possible. This lifetime member feature is subject to change or cancellation.
