KublaCon Refund Policy: We will gladly refund any pre-registration up to 15 days before the show (until May 10, 2007), minus a service charge of $10.00. You must notify us in writing or via e-mail of your cancellation by the deadline. We will not refund any pre-registrations after May 10th, except for qualified GM re-imbursements.
